Top High School Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management Students to Compete for $200,000 in Scholarships at the 2022 National ProStart Invitational in Washington, D.C.

The three-day event will be held in person for the first time since 2019. It will include an opening ceremony, two days of powerhouse culinary and restaurant management competitions, and an awards dinner. In addition to a weekend of intense competitions among the nation’s top culinary students, NPSI will also announce the 2022 winners of the ProStart Educator of Excellence Awards (EEAs), which recognize outstanding ProStart educators in their classrooms.

Nearly 400 high school students representing more than 80 culinary arts and restaurant management teams from across the country. Competing teams won their state-level ProStart competitions and had the chance to compete in a national event.
